TRAINING “Easy Visi” – FEEDBACK
November the 15th to the 21st, 2024 WINetzwerk participated in the training course “Easy Visi – Dissemination and Visibility Toolbox for Non-Profits”. This course is part of the strategic partnership of NGOs My madeira island, Terratech, Life zone group and Clictic.es.
The project focuses on enhancing the skills of nonprofit organization staff, members, and partners in media literacy, public relations, and visibility for Erasmus+ and ESC projects.
The aim of the week was to equip NGOs with the necessary tools and knowledge to improve their visibility and dissemination efforts. We had workshops on team building, online presence, internal communication, partnerships, traditional media, community management, fundraising and goal-oriented planning. We had the chance to visit the beautiful island of Madeira, enjoy good weather and have traditional poncha.
The exchange of professional experiences was very enriching for all parties. However, it does not end here, we were introduced to a Mentorship programme in which we will be able to enjoy mentoring and exchange of ideas on our objectives in our non-profit work.
